About the Role

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing FareHarbor’s highest grossing clients. This role will be a combination of proactively suggesting changes to promote client success, as well as addressing inbound requests to improve the online booking experience for FareHarbor customers. We are looking for a supreme problem solver; and creative individual who is willing to do whatever it takes for our Enterprise accounts. This individual is highly motivated to maintain the level of standards for working with clients as well as  exploring new opportunities that could allow further growth for our clients.

What you'll do here:

  • Maintain workload of roughly 30-50 Enterprise clients.
  • Establish strong relationships with all key stakeholders in Enterprise companies and providing consistent top tier service.
  • Evaluate opportunities for growth to mitigate churn potential and report on health scores on a quarterly basis.
  • Communicate effectively with Enterprise Support staff and leverage technical knowledge base the account counterpart has to offer.
  • Become an expert on FareHarbor to handle unique problems that face clients with their online bookings and reservation management.
  • Understand the differences between FareHarbor and other online booking platforms to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Become well versed in online booking trends in the tour and activity industry to share relevant information with clients.

Requirements:

  • In depth understanding of the AM processes and responsibilities.
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to problem solve with and without the input and guidance of others.
  • A strong collaborator and team player willing to go above and beyond any normal set of expectations for the success of FareHarbor.
  • High attention to detail to ensure proper execution and implementation of any new key initiative while maintaining an understanding of how the decision may impact FareHarbor or our companies bottom line.
  • Impeccably organized and thorough in execution of tasks.
  • Highly comfortable working with data in both excel and tableau.
  • Routinely demonstrates FareHarbor values and commitment to the company.

Salary Range: $78,163-$117,245, plus 10% bonus potential
