monday.com is looking for a talented SMB Account Executive for the Israeli region based in Tel- Aviv, who will be responsible for generating new business within the SMB segment.
About The Role:
- Leading entire sales processes from discovery, demo, procurement, and contract negotiation
- Having an outbound approach to bring in new leads and generate pipeline
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate new business (measured on added ARR)
- Be an expert on the monday.com platform, with a deep understanding of our capabilities and value
- Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organization
- Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations to generate awareness and drive usage of monday.com
- Partner with others at monday.com to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back

Requirements
- 2+ years experience working as an Account Executive at a SaaS company – must.
- Proven experience in closing new logos - must.
- Native Hebrew speaker - must.
- High proficiency in English
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
- Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
- Additional languages – advantage.
