We are looking for an DevOps Engineer to help us build and support our sales CRM product used by our users on a massive scale. Building 0 to 1 features and infrastructures, designing a technical vision and supporting our hyper-growth. About The Role

Join a team building the next generation of AI-powered CRM products. We move quickly, validate ideas fast, and ship frequently. You’ll work closely with software engineers and tech leads to design, build, and evolve the cloud infrastructure, developer workflows, and production environments that support the core of our business and ventures.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure for new AI-native products
  • Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and developer environments to enable fast and safe delivery
  • Partner closely with engineers to improve developer velocity, reliability, observability, and operational excellence
  • Take full ownership of infrastructure from early design through production operations and monitoring
  • Help define infrastructure patterns, best practices, and standards across a growing portfolio of new products
  • Improve system performance, availability, and cost efficiency as products scale
  • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes for production systems
  • Support engineering teams with automation, troubleshooting, and operational tooling

Requirements
  • Requirements
  • • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineer
  • • Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, systems, and production environments
  • • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release processes
  • • Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
  • • Strong knowledge of Linux environments, scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code
  • • Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and troubleshooting distributed systems in production
  • • Understanding of networking, security, access control, and best practices for application and infrastructure protection
  • • Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving, product-oriented environment
  • • Strong communication skills, team mindset, and empathy
  • • Passion for building infrastructure that helps teams move faster and supports products used by millions
