About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Principal Security Master to work on the Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) product. The new Principal will be responsible for areas such as Fault Management (FM) and New Node Introduction (NNI) and will support delivering ESPE - Ericsson Stream Processing and Enrichment solution which is a core streaming component in the ENM architecture. The new Principal will work together with other ENM Principals to successfully drive the project to deliver its objectives and meet Customer expectations.
To strengthen our Security team in ENM unit, we are looking for a motivated, innovative and result oriented person with systems thinking, with proven experience on Security domain in the context of Cloud Telecom application development.
Your Technology competence encompasses software product design throughout the complete lifecycle with focus on end-to-end requirement analysis, implementation architecture definition and technology scouting or prototyping.
What you will do:
- Share responsibility for long-term evolution of ENM product security architecture area, to ensure it meets product security (and privacy) requirements, fulfills common needs from Customers, complies to relevant standards in the domain.
- Responsible to continuously improve the development environment so that products and components are secure by design and so that security does not decrease delivery output unnecessarily and leverages the utilization of security test automation.
- Responsible for a Security team of security professionals (Security Masters) each representing a cross-functional team.
- Lead Security-related architecture studies, collaborating with other Security Masters, Principals, Champions, Software Architects and Cross-functional Teams, as well as prototyping activities together with development teams and technology specialists
- Support and assist Security Masters to continually improve and align the security gates and security control automation throughout the pipeline.
- Responsible to drive the security Chapter to enable communication with other Ericsson Security organizations
- Support, assist and follow up on the Security Assurance, e.g. secure coding, risk assessment and vulnerability analysis, status within development team(s).
- Support and guide the Security Masters on security related inquiries.
- Responsible to continuously work on improving standardized ways-of-working.
- Support the development organization and participate in recruitment of Security Masters.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor of Science or corresponding University studies and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience working in a SW Security related position
- Solid knowledge of product security, and especially Ericsson's product security framework (SRM).
- Security Masters Bootcamp certification
- Solid knowledge of security standard and best practices (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST SP-800 series, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI DSS, OWASP Top 10, 3GPP SECAM & NESAS, S-SDLC, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of security tools and testing methodologies.
- Highly developed empowering skills
- Highly developed business insight, with "Customer first" attitude
- High understanding on standardizing way of working.
- Open-minded and flexible, with the ability to work under stress and pressure
- Ability to work in a distributed and international organization
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. You must be fluent in oral and written English and have excellent presentation skills
