About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Silicon India Operations Manager to serve as the hub of execution-driving operational discipline, cross-functional coordination, and reliable delivery while helping leaders achieve business objectives. Our Silicon R&D center in Bangalore was established last year, and with the team growing rapidly, this role offers a unique opportunity to help shape site operations.
Working culture: Ericsson has a collaborative and inclusive culture that values diversity and innovation. Immerse yourself in an environment that champions innovation and critical thinking.

An international work environment: As a global organization, Ericsson offers abundant opportunities for professional growth and career development.
You will do:
- Lead the site's operational cadence, including reviews, dashboards, and execution tracking, to ensure delivery against key priorities.
- Own capability and competence management for the site.
- Coordinate execution across HR, Engineering, Facilities, Finance, and external partners to ensure smooth site operations.

- Strengthen and maintain governance processes, documentation, and compliance with corporate policies.
- Partner with Finance on budgets, expenses, and forecasts to improve visibility and spending discipline.
- Lead Silicon India initiatives, such as Return to Office and employee engagement, that strengthen collaboration and culture.
- Align Bangalore teams with global stakeholders and drive accountability for decisions and actions.
- Manage local external workforce suppliers.
- Support communications by preparing presentations, newsletters, website content, and related materials.

- Demonstrated ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams without direct authority, supported by strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working in global organizations with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance structured responsibilities and ad hoc demands.
- A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.
- Working knowledge of Indian compliance requirements, labor laws, and business operations.
- Independent, self-motivated, and well organized, with strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and bring clarity to complex situations.
