Responsibilities
Productionize prototypes. Take AI-built prototypes from the GTM team and make them real: authentication and access scoping, error handling, data integrity, tests, monitoring, documentation, handover.
Own the infrastructure. Hosting, environments, CI/CD, secrets, backups, dependencies and releases for every GTM-owned service.
Own security for partner-facing software. Authentication and role/hierarchy scoping, handling of partner and end-customer data, and answering the security questions partners and enterprise customers ask.
Own the code. Repositories, code review, feature flags, and the standard a prototype has to meet before it ships - including the authority to send one back.
Run rollouts. Staged releases, pilot partners, rollback plans, in cooperation with the GTM team communication that goes with a release.
Build an integrated solution landscape. The future is about data - this role works with our internal data, process and product specialists to build the integration system that allows to use the right data in the right way across all tools and departments
Context infrastructure. You co-own the context layer that is used for our GTM, sales, csm and other agents.
Contribute to the AI engineering practice for Wingtra. Co-create the future of coding in a fast growing scaleup!
Requirements
University degree software engineering, computer science
Engineer who has operated software, not only built it. 3+ years full-stack; has run a customer-facing web application in production and been on the hook when it broke. TypeScript / Next.js, Postgres, a modern hosting platform.
AI-native. Coding agents are their default way of working, and they can review, harden and take ownership of code they did not write.
Security-literate practitioner. Authn/authz, multi-tenant scoping, secrets management, data-protection basics - enough to be the accountable owner without a security team behind them.
Integration-heavy background. CRM and ERP APIs (HubSpot, Odoo or equivalent), webhooks, and reconciling data across systems that disagree.
Product Management Experience. You can handle internal & external customer interactions and working with product management best practices
Holds a standard at a distance. Writes decisions down, communicates without being asked, and can send work back to people they rarely sit next to — including to this role’s own manager.
Plus
Commercial fluency. Reads a pricing model, a channel margin and a renewal term and understands why the business cares. Useful, not required - GTM brings the commercial framing, this role brings the engineering.
Experience in a partner or channel business, or with any two-tier distribution model
Has productionized other people’s prototypes before — an internal tools or platform team background
