Key Responsibilities

Description of duties & activities


1. Production planning, execution

 

  • Monitor & Improve Production Processes to ensure efficient use of resources

  • Responsible for handling Final Pack Lines With lean management

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow & resolve any production issue.

  • Ensure Export & Domestic shipment completion on time basis. To meet Service levels

  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas of improvement.

  • Ready to handle PH/Hourly Operators & soft issues on line

  • Responsible for Evaluate and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance

  • Responsible for Operators training, Multi skilling & awareness for 5S, Production, Quality, Safety etc

  • Check adequacy of manufacturing process disciplines, process sequences & time consumed to perform processes.

  • Prepare and present production reports to management

  • Achieve output as desired to meet set KPI

  • Initiate Productivity Improvement project, Kaizen Headcount reduction projects & Manpower Utilization with timeline

  • Knowledge of ISO QMS,EMS,& OH &S certification

2. Safety, Quality

  • Maintain & enforce health & safety standards in the production environment

  • Quality of products by ensuring, in-process & final assembly product quality.

  • Actions to meet quality performance indices with cost of Poor Quality & in less efforts.

3. Inventory Management & Cost Reduction

  • Manage BOM inventory with only required material in hand

  • Control month end inventory by proper tracking class Items

  • Initiate Cost Reduction projects

5. Others

  • Responsible to maintain “5S”+S

  • Initiate & Lead Various Improvements Projects on Final Pack Line

  • Collaboration with AME / CFT for new project improvements online

  • Education and Professional Qualifications:

    • Diploma In Mechanical or BE in any Stream

    • 2 - 3 Years of Experience In mass Production & Manufacturing Industry,

    •  (HVAC Industry Will Be Added Advantage)

  • Requirements and Attributes:

    • Strong organizational & time management abilities

    • Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines.

    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes & production management.

    • Excellent Communication & leadership skills

    • Can Work with Minimum Supervision

    • Excellent problem solving & analytical skills

    • Escalation hierarchy should know

    • Additional Information:

      Ready to work in 3 Shifts.

      Ready to Attend Domestic Customer Complaints & Domestic Travel
