- Ability to demonstrate through 8-12 years of work experience like knowledge on troubleshooting enterprise web applications, including configuration issues, in a Unix/Linux environment with Apache, Nginx , Tomcat .
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud platforms
- Working knowledge of Docker Container, Kubernetes is must
- A working knowledge of Jenkins is must
- A working knowledge of DataDog & Splunk is must .
- A working knowledge of python .
- Good working knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Change management etc.,
- Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions to get to the bottom of issues, to identify root cause
- Skilled at balancing project work with interrupt-driven tasks and re-evaluating priorities frequently based on new information
- You should be able to prioritize issues for resolution, hold or escalation
- Tenacious and good with follow-through, recognizing things that need to be done and pushing self and others to achieve goals.
- Ability to learn new technologies on the job in a fast-paced environment
