What You'll Do:
- Program Management: Take ownership of the day-to-day management and delivery of our global enablement programs and activities. You will ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience for all audiences, regardless of location.
- Content Curation & Delivery: Partner with Coupa’s learning product development team to manage and update existing learning content and collaborate with subject matter experts to create new, relevant materials. You will also be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Logistics & Coordination: Work closely with leaders to coordinate training schedules, prepare participants for sessions, and handle the logistics of program delivery. This includes managing our learning platforms and ensuring all resources are easily accessible.
- Data & Metrics: Track and analyze key metrics to understand the effectiveness of our programs. You will use this data to provide insights and make recommendations for improvement to leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively gather feedback from trainers and participants to identify areas for improvement. You will work to continuously refine our programs to meet evolving business needs.
- Travel: This role requires up to 25% domestic and international travel to support in-person training events and team meetings.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 3+ years of experience in an enablement, learning and development, or training role within a SaaS software company.
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering enablement/learning programs for a global audience.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in a corporate training environment.
- Strong understanding of customer success best practices, SaaS software implementation methodologies, or technical customer support, and the tools used to support these business functions such as Jira and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
