Email Marketing Designer - (Ops)

We are searching for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Email Marketing Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling newsletters and email marketing campaigns for a variety of international clients, primarily based in the United States and Canada.

You will work closely with the Email Marketing Client Coordinator and internal backend teams to ensure newsletters are designed, developed, scheduled, and delivered successfully while meeting client expectations, branding requirements, and campaign deadlines. The ideal candidate must possess strong design skills, hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, WordPress, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design creative and visually appealing newsletters for a wide range of clients and industries.
• Convert newsletter designs into responsive HTML-based email newsletters compatible across desktop and mobile devices.
• Integrate and manage newsletters using Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Socketlabs, Mailpoet, and other newsletter-related software and platforms.
• Schedule and manage email campaigns for multiple clients while ensuring timely deployment.
• Implement email marketing best practices to maximize email deliverability and engagement.
• Work closely with the Email Marketing Client Coordinator to ensure client expectations related to email design, creativity, branding, and campaign objectives are achieved.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure newsletters display correctly across various email clients and devices.
• Manage multiple newsletter projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, design standards, and platform requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding project timelines, revisions, and campaign updates.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Hands-on experience using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in a similar field or role is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Basic understanding of email marketing best practices and email deliverability is considered an advantage.
• Ability to design creative and engaging newsletters.
• Ability to convert newsletter designs into responsive HTML-based newsletters.
• Hands-on knowledge using Mailpoet, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Socketlabs, or other similar email marketing software/tools.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.

WORK HOURS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• You must cover 8 hours per work day and 40 hours per standard work week (Monday to Friday).

• 4 hours of your work schedule must be covered anytime between 6:30 PM and 1:30 AM (Sri Lanka Standard Time), Monday to Friday.
• The remaining 4 hours can be worked anytime during the day.
• You must define your work schedule ahead of time and adhere to it without fail.
• You cannot work on weekends.

• You should be flexible and able to work according to U.S. schedules/time zones if required.
• While employed with Bizycorp, you must have a calm and quiet work environment, a dedicated desktop or laptop, and a stable internet connection suitable for online work and video meetings.
• You cannot use a tablet or mobile device to carry out your work tasks.
• Your work device must have the required software and tools necessary to complete assigned responsibilities. 
• Your work device must have Zoom, Chrome, Firefox, Slack, Antivirus Software, and a Mail Client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.) pre-installed. If hired, the company will require you to install other software as and when required.
• You can not be employed by another company while employed under Bizycorp.
