Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Support and drive design projects by maintaining focus on key design priorities, customer requirements, product growth, and relevant technological trends.
Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable rapid, high-quality design execution.
Sustain and refine electrical designs throughout the full product life cycle, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
Plan and conduct experiments, perform EVT verification testing, analyze results, and produce clear technical documentation.
Develop analog circuits and electrical layouts using industry standard tools, while defining and evaluating design requirements with project and product leaders.
Complete Role Standard Work and deliver all other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to build teams and communicate on international level
Experience with industry requirements, certification (e.g. EN, UL, TÜV, RoHS, IPC)
Experience using industrial data bus standards (e.g. RS-485, IOLink, ProfiNET, Modbus TCP/RTU, Bluetooth)
Component operation, selection & usage
Circuit assembly, test, troubleshooting
High-speed or RF circuit design & layout
Test and debug using appropriate tools
Logic analyzer/Protocol analyzer
DMM & Oscilloscope
Spectrum analyzer
Education and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical degree
2-6 years of professional experience in a related field.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to sit.
The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Salary Range: 100k - 140k

Skills Required
