Job Description
We are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager to define and deliver retail marketing strategies and campaigns.
With the significant shopper shift to online purchasing for toys and the rapid growth of the LEGO Group’s B2B eCommerce retailer partners, we are passionate about ensuring a strong brand experience both online and offline. This is your chance to be a part of this digital transformation!
Core Responsibilities
- Create and execute full-year strategic marketing/promotional plans for specific eCommerce sites across local ecommerce retailers (e.g. e-com calendar, paid search, social, newsletters, landing pages, etc).
- Support sales in key customer planning and negotiation activities, development and execution of off-site traffic driving plans.
- Responsible for creating detailed campaign/activity plans in collaboration with KAMs and customers
- Lead on-platform advertising execution for key partner sites (e.g. Amazon) while upholding LEGO brand values and tailoring approach to specific markets and Partners.
- Perform market analysis including understanding changes of LEGO product market share, understanding key category trends and market dynamics, and identifying growth opportunities within specific eCommerce channels.
- Analyze key competitor actions & strategies and emerging trends in eCommerce Marketing.
- Conduct promotional activity analysis – understanding lift and return on investment from promotional activity; develop insights and provide recommendations for marketing strategies for partner sites.
- Support development of local platform marketing strategy, including assortment portfolio by partner, pricepoint guidelines, promotional guidelines, strategies to avoid channel conflict.
- Drive SEO and SEM strategy within retailers. Coordinating with external agency and digital marketing manager to optimize performance.

The Ecommerce team is a young and growing part of LEGO TURCAT’s Sales team, leading strong growth in the overall TURCAT business as a strategic priority channel. This role will lead ecommerce marketing planning and execution across all key accounts including the management of on-site advertising to drive growth.
The successful applicant is expected to bring digital/ecommerce expertise and experience to not only drive the success of the channel, but to help build stronger digital capabilities in the Sales team and overall BU TURCAT to innovate for the future.
Do you have what it takes?
- Familiarity with google analytics or equivalent tools.
- Work experience in eCommerce - either on customer or premium consumer brand side.
- Knowledge of eCommerce retail landscape and its dynamics.
- Understanding retailer’s needs on pure e-com and/or omni-channel business.
- Shopper-centric orientation - acting and developing on shopper and eComm platforms data & insights.
- Communication skills and interpersonal skills - ability to challenge colleagues and retailers constructively.
- Organizational and project management skills.
