What You'll Do
- Shape the value proposition of Veeva Commercial Cloud, and the Industry Cloud more broadly, to drive commercial excellence for large biopharmas.
- Work with our sales and marketing teams to ensure relevant marketing messaging, product positioning, and the success of our sales organization.
- Engage with VP level and above customers as a SME on Commercial Excellence. You will be expected to communicate our value proposition clearly, discuss how Veeva Commercial Cloud can be used to transform commercial operations, and handle objections.
- Play an impactful role in the growth of the Commercial Cloud business.
- Provide input to the product team in support of new features and capabilities, including new areas of product growth, based on a deep understanding of business challenges and market dynamics in the space.
Requirements
- 15+ years of work experience in Life Sciences, either in technology, or in consulting. 10+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise with omnichannel and customer engagement programs.
- Demonstrated ability to engage at senior levels of client organizations.
- Proven ability to quickly build credibility and develop trusted relationships.
- Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and internal events across the US and Europe as needed.

Compensation
- Base pay: $125,000 - $300,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
