We are looking for a Director, Total Rewards & People Services to join our People Team. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who brings deep expertise across compensation, benefits, payroll, HR technology, and people operations, along with the ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
In this role, you will lead global Total Rewards and People Services functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and employee services. You will partner closely with the Chief People Officer, HR leaders, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure our programs are competitive, compliant, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. This is a true player-coach role, requiring someone who can set strategy, lead and develop teams, and remain actively involved in key initiatives, operational decisions, and process improvements.

About You: Experience, Education, and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HRIS, and/or People Operations functions
- 5+ years of people leadership experience managing multiple HR service disciplines and leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated success designing and administering global compensation and benefits programs
- Strong understanding of payroll operations, employment regulations, compliance requirements, and governance practices
- Experience working with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar systems
- Proven ability to lead organizational change, process transformation, and operational improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with operational execution and hands-on problem solving
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across functions
