As a Sustainability - Capital Project and Infrastructure - Manager, you will work closely with clients to analyze project needs, develop strategies for efficient project delivery, and offer guidance to enhance project management practices. Within our Operations practice, you will specialize in optimizing capital programs and projects, helping clients streamline processes and improve productivity. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. By embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills outside your comfort zone and to mentor others effectively, contributing to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading the analysis and optimization of capital programs to enhance project delivery and management practices
- Developing strategic plans for operational efficiency and effectiveness in client engagements
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes
- Guiding teams in the application of project management frameworks and methodologies
- Utilizing data analysis and visualization tools to support decision-making and performance improvement
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop new skills
- Facilitating the identification and mitigation of project risks through strategic questioning and operational analysis
- Building and maintaining client relationships to support business performance and service delivery
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive operational excellence and process improvement
- Overseeing the preparation of reports and performance metrics to track project progress and success
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
