Lead infrastructure engineer responsible for administering and troubleshooting Linux and Kubernetes environments, developing Python and Bash automation, managing CI/CD pipelines, resolving production incidents, and improving infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and availability. The role collaborates with engineering, security, networking, storage, and operations teams in enterprise production environments.

Provides first-line technical and functional support for intellectual property software products. Diagnoses and documents customer issues, resolves incidents within service-level agreements, handles inquiries through phone, email, and chat, and escalates complex problems. Oversees qualitative and quantitative studies, survey programming, fieldwork, respondent engagement, and data quality. Partners with consulting, product, commercial, and research stakeholders; manages escalations and vendor performance; develops SOPs; drives automation and AI adoption; and provides operational planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic business support.

Manages intellectual property systems, calendars trademark deadlines, reviews prosecution documents, coordinates docketing and filing requests, prepares and files PTO documents, tracks foreign filing deadlines, maintains accurate records, and supports trademark portfolio management, renewals, and administrative processes while coordinating with clients, legal partners, and stakeholders.

Lead design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations and APIs. The role is a hands-on senior individual-contributor position focused on secure enterprise environments, tenant separations, cloud architecture, and complex technical decisions.

Leads enterprise data, business intelligence, reporting, and customer and product usage analytics. Owns strategy, architecture, governance, data quality, platform transformation, migration, operational stability, budgets, and partner management across cloud data platforms and BI tools. Supports academic and government customers across pre- and post-sales activities for Clarivate’s research analytics solutions. Builds trusted relationships, demonstrates solution value, supports renewals, conducts onboarding and refresher sessions, presents at events, coordinates webinars, and partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, retention, growth, and customer outcomes.

Manages client intellectual property renewal activities, including data maintenance, verification, correspondence, filings, payments, invoicing, agent invoices, and proof of renewal. Coordinates with clients, internal teams, agents, and patent and trademark offices to ensure timely completion under standard operating procedures. Identifies process improvement opportunities and mentors new team members.

Manages customer entitlements, onboarding, subscription setup, access provisioning, order validation, fulfillment, troubleshooting, and case resolution for web-based Life Sciences and Healthcare products. Ensures accurate setup and timely customer access within service-level agreements, collaborates with cross-functional teams, follows audit and compliance controls, and supports process improvements. The role operates in a hybrid environment with rotational shifts serving global customers.

Develop and maintain cloud and on-premises infrastructure automation, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and build/test environments. Troubleshoot deployments, support production releases, and implement security and cost best practices involving IAM, least privilege, and secrets management. The role partners with distributed engineering teams supporting Clarivate’s AI Platform and requires hybrid work from the Belgrade office during CET hours.

Processes invoices and time-sensitive payment requests, resolves invoice and payment queries, reconciles accounts to prevent duplicate or overpayments, coordinates with Purchasing, Tax, Finance, and stakeholders, escalates issues, and identifies process and system improvements. The role supports global vendors and works hybrid from Bangalore during afternoon and evening IST hours.

Prepares monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, GAAP analyses, SOX internal controls, and quarterly financial statements. Supports footnotes, schedules, reporting accuracy, and special accounting projects while maintaining accounting policies and controls.
