Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in having managed high-performing teams and external partner relationships.

  • Executed hands-on keys search advertising campaigns within retailer eCommerce environments or media agencies.

  • Directed marketing investment planning, forecasting, and budget management across multiple channels and geographies.

  • Built search strategies that delivered measurable growth through paid and organic search programs.

  • Delivered commercial results through retailer media platforms and lower-funnel acquisition initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applied retail search and SEO practices, including generative and agentic search optimization approaches.

  • Help the organization prepare for AI-powered and agentic shopping experiences.

If you've worked in a role where you identified high-value search opportunities, allocated investment efficiently, and led functional specialists to deliver measurable business growth, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is combining strong technical search expertise with leadership, commercial judgment, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Life on the team

You'll join the Americas B2B eCommerce team, which brings together sales, marketing, content, and digital merchandising to help the LEGO® Brand come to life online.
