As an Assurance Internal Communications Director, you will be at the forefront of managing and coordinating internal communications strategies that align with our organization's mission and values. As a Director, you will translate the vision, set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including employees, customers, and the general public. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will lead initiatives that promote technological advances, creating an environment where people and technology thrive together. You will also identify gaps in the market and convert opportunities to success for the firm, while adhering to professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategic communication plans to align internal stakeholders with organizational goals and values
- Leading initiatives to enhance corporate reputation and public relations through effective communication strategies
- Managing and coordinating internal change communication efforts to foster employee engagement and alignment
- Overseeing the creation and dissemination of content that communicates the organization's mission and initiatives
- Collaborating with executive leadership to translate vision into actionable communication strategies
- Driving innovation in communication methods to effectively reach diverse internal audiences
- Conducting change impact analysis to inform communication strategies and initiatives
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support communication objectives
- Promoting a culture of inclusion and engagement through strategic storytelling and messaging
- Utilizing analytical thinking to assess communication effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 8 years of experience in roles involving internal and external corporate communications or PwC experience

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
