You affect change and manage growth using sharp business acumen, in-depth experience and decisive leadership skills. You coach, develop and prepare performance reviews and evaluations.
How you can make a difference:

- Develop and implement innovative strategies and a detailed budget.
- Manage the development and implementation of continuous process improvements.
- Define strategic programs for business clients to improve sales.
- Coach your team on consultative sales techniques and provide training support.
- Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
- Implement commercial services product and procedure updates within a region.
- Communicate with senior leadership and key stakeholders by attending conferences and meetings.
WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Three or more years of telecommunications, ISP and high-speed data experience; Four or more years of experience as a Sales Manager in a B2B environment; Ten or more years of general management experience; Direct experience with strategic and major account programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies; Familiar with Salesforce.
- Skills: Budgeting, resource management, planning, organizational development and English communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment requiring change management.
- Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications:
- Track record of leading a transactional, metric-driven go-to-market sales model.
- History of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
