As a Director, Marketing, you will provide senior leadership to high-level marketing professionals, taking primary responsibility for the performance, strategy, execution and results of the organization's marketing efforts including multiple go-to-market approaches (field and inside sales, partnerships and online direct sales). Your strategic and innovative approach will shape the marketing strategic approach and drive brand awareness, substantial revenue and market share growth for the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives including a multi-brand approach to new customer acquisition.
2. Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals to build demand and revenue for business. Provide senior leadership and strategic direction to multiple marketing functions including demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, digital placements (SEO, SEM, paid and organic social), industry events and webinars.
3. Partner closely with sales, product, partnership and global marketing teams to drive demand, leads and revenue growth.
4. Regularly evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to inform prioritization of marketing budget and resources.
5. Build and manage relationships with top-tier industry partners and internal marketing stakeholders in other Wolters Kluwer businesses.
6. Ensure alignment of all marketing activities with the organization's vision and objectives.
7. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in marketing including AI-enabled tools and technologies.
8. Oversee complex budget planning and financial analysis for marketing operations; Ensure Budget is spent effectively and strategically to drive results.
10. Represent the marketing function in executive-level meetings and decision-making processes.

Strong experience in digital marketing, product marketing, brand management, and GTM execution.
Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua, Google Analytics, GaggleAmp, Hootsuite)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

$165,400.00 - $295,600.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
