Essential Job Functions:

Serve as a key business partner and contribute to business strategy development and key business decisions by proactively aligning all aspects of the workforce to business strategies and operations. Apply knowledge of key business drivers in strategic decision making, planning and execution.

Work Experience (Required): Partner must be a strategic thought leader and have a history of implementing successful programs across complex organizations. Organizational credibility, business partnering, and decisive execution are the keys to success in this position. In addition, this position requires the following:
