The role requires industrial engineering expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in warehouse environments. No direct reports are assigned.

Leads software development by guiding technical strategy, evolving scalable system architecture, coding, reviewing code, overseeing testing, and managing projects end to end. Collaborates with product managers and stakeholders, documents technical solutions, mentors developers, communicates project status, and promotes continuous learning and process improvement.

Analyzes veterinary and customer data to support hospital site selection, acquisitions, revenue optimization, forecasting, pricing, predictive modeling, and executive decision-making. Builds integrated datasets, statistical models, experiments, and interactive BI dashboards using SQL, Python or R, and visualization platforms. Communicates quantitative insights and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Provides Tier 2 customer support for escalated Vetco issues from call centers, field teams, and pharmacy partners. Reviews prescription approvals, maintains accounts, processes reimbursements, resolves technical and complex inquiries, replaces rabies tags, documents cases in Salesforce and Pet Pass, and identifies service trends and process improvements. The role also supports agents and field teams, communicates solutions, and works independently under limited supervision.

Lead and contribute to design, architecture, and implementation of scalable software. Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, drive projects from requirements to delivery, ensure quality through testing and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
