How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth through a multi-channel distribution model
- Lead and mentor a national team of Federal VAR channel managers supporting system integrators and defense industrial base customers
- Achieve federal VAR revenue targets and objectives, ensuring successful sales execution for Spectrum's product portfolio
- Build channel awareness and promote the value proposition of Spectrum's enterprise product solutions
- Facilitate and manage sales enablement and training plans, equipping partners to effectively position products and meet revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, order management and finance to deliver sales tools and processes for an exceptional partner experience
- Take ownership of financial accountability for revenue and expense budgets

The base pay for this position generally is between
$127,000.00 and $225,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$72,000.
