At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.
We are hiring a Director, Deal Desk to lead Snowflake's EMEA Deal Desk function. This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of commercial strategy, sales execution, and financial governance. You will build and lead a team of Deal Desk professionals, own the frameworks that govern how Snowflake structures and prices complex enterprise deals across EMEA, and serve as a strategic partner to sales leadership on the region's most critical opportunities. Your work directly influences Snowflake's revenue velocity, deal quality, and commercial reputation in the market.
AS DIRECTOR, DEAL DESK AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
Lead, develop, and grow the EMEA Deal Desk team, setting standards for deal quality, approval rigor, and responsiveness across the region
Own the commercial frameworks that govern EMEA deal structuring, including pricing policies, discount authority matrices, and non-standard term escalation processes
Partner with EMEA Sales leadership as a trusted commercial advisor on complex, strategic, and multi-product enterprise deals
Drive deal velocity by streamlining approval workflows, reducing cycle times, and proactively identifying deal blockers before they impact close
Serve as the EMEA escalation point for non-standard contractual structures, consumption-based commitments, and custom commercial arrangements
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, and Pricing teams to ensure deal structures are compliant, financially sound, and scalable
Define and report on Deal Desk KPIs including approval turnaround, deal win rates, discount trends, and pipeline health for EMEA leadership
Contribute to global Deal Desk strategy, aligning EMEA operating practices with WW standards while advocating for regional market dynamics
OUR IDEAL DIRECTOR, DEAL DESK WILL HAVE:
10+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial finance within a high-growth enterprise B2B technology company
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing Deal Desk or Revenue Operations teams in a global or regional capacity
Deep expertise structuring complex enterprise commercial deals, including SaaS, consumption-based, and multi-year agreements
Strong command of pricing strategy, discount governance, and deal approval frameworks in a scaled sales organization
Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence and align VP-level Sales, Finance, and Legal stakeholders without direct authority
Analytical rigor and data fluency: you use deal metrics and pipeline data to drive decisions and surface insights for leadership
Experience using AI workflows or automation tools to improve deal processing speed, accuracy, and commercial intelligence
BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Background in cloud data, analytics, or consumption-based revenue models with familiarity of usage-based pricing dynamics
Experience building or transforming a Deal Desk function from the ground up or through a period of significant scaling
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Conga, or comparable configure-price-quote platforms used in enterprise deal workflows
Track record of driving cross-functional program improvements that measurably reduce deal cycle time or improve win rates
EMEA-specific deal expertise including multi-jurisdiction contracting, data privacy considerations, and regional procurement norms
Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
