Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
We are looking for a visionary Director of Cross-Channel to lead and evolve our global media execution function. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across two core digital channels (Search, Social, Programmatic, or AdOps), while ensuring alignment and integration with the broader media ecosystem.
You will own operational strategy, process governance, reporting, and automation initiatives. In client-facing conversations, you’ll translate marketing goals into scalable, tech-enabled solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of at least two media channels and the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward future-ready, performance-driven execution across all digital platforms.
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have:
- Lead end-to-end operations and execution across your core media specialties (e.g., Search & Social, or Programmatic & AdOps), ensuring flawless campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Bring a working understanding of other media channels to ensure holistic and integrated cross-channel delivery.
- Act as a strategic partner in client conversations—translating business goals into operational frameworks and activation plans.
- Integrate and standardize workflows across media functions, promoting consistent and connected delivery across channels.
- Champion automation, advanced measurement frameworks, and AI/ML tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Stay on top of evolving industry trends (e.g., identity solutions, real-time analytics, server-side tagging) and contribute to the roadmap for next-generation media operations.
- Collaborate with strategy, analytics, and engineering teams to align media execution with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Mentor, grow, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed operations team.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate martech/adtech solutions to ensure platform compliance and operational innovation.
What You Bring
- 12+ years of digital media experience, with deep expertise in at least two channels: Search, Social, Programmatic (PBU), or Ad Operations.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex client relationships, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with key platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, The Trade Desk, DV360, Appsflyer, CM360, or relevant tagging and analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of complementary channels (e.g., if core expertise is in Social & Search, then basic understanding of PBU and AdOps).
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a clear point of view on the future of digital media operations.
- Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive strategic alignment.
