  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing partnerships team focused on partner enablement, revenue generation, and operational excellence.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure partner contribution to pipeline and bookings.
  • Serve as the internal champion for channel strategy, aligning with Sales, Marketing, Product, Implementations, and Customer Success.
  • Develop partner enablement programs to support sales training, product education, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that drive revenue growth while protecting company interests.
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies with partners to expand reach into new markets and customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design co-selling and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Forecast and report partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution to senior leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives across partner organizations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner readiness and seamless customer experiences for implementation and support.
Who we’re looking for
  • 10+ years in partnerships, channel, or business development roles — ideally in complex technical SaaS, digital banking, or payments.
  • 5+ years leading similar teams/functions.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact channel programs.
  • Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner economics.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive relationship management skills.
  • Possesses strong EQ and balanced decision-making in navigating channel conflict and co-selling motions.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Implementations and Sales teams to execute GTM strategies.
