Owns the early partner lifecycle for banking and credit union segments, including sourcing, qualifying, recruiting, and signing referral and reseller partners. Develops joint business plans, coordinates technical integrations, establishes go-to-market processes, creates enablement materials, generates referral pipeline, and tracks partner performance through Salesforce. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Technical Solutions, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, and Partner Operations before transitioning launched partners to account management.

Own and scale Alloy’s customer enablement program for a technical, API-driven SaaS platform. Responsibilities include auditing and consolidating resources, developing onboarding and product-release training, facilitating hands-on customer sessions, closing documentation gaps, and creating feedback loops with Product, Design, Support, Delivery, and Marketing. Measure outcomes such as self-service, adoption, ticket deflection, and time to value while determining whether customer challenges require content, training, or product improvements.

Lead analytics engineering efforts to design and build dbt models, maintain a semantic/metrics layer, ensure Snowflake performance, establish modeling/testing/documentation standards, partner with Data Science/Product/Engineering, and deliver native warehouse data products to customers.
