Own the architecture, roadmap, administration, reliability, and data integrity of Alloy’s GTM systems, including Salesforce and related revenue tools. Build integrations and automations using APIs and iPaaS platforms, connect systems to NetSuite and Snowflake, and improve productivity and data hygiene. Partner with Sales Ops and Deal Desk on quote-to-cash, approvals, territory, and quota automation. Manage tooling vendors, establish technical standards, and collaborate cross-functionally while remaining hands-on in solution delivery.

Own Salesforce administration for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including configuration, declarative automation, data quality, user support, permissions, and provisioning. Administer adjacent GTM tools such as Gong and Apollo.io, support territory, quota, and forecasting changes, and manage sandbox testing, deployments, release documentation, and user communications.

Partners with sales leaders on forecasting, territory design, quota setting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance reporting. Owns Salesforce administration, data quality, configuration, dashboards, and user enablement. Supports sales process workflows, deal desk handoffs, approvals, and quote-to-close execution. Produces ad hoc analysis and advises stakeholders by challenging unsupported conclusions and identifying trends. The role requires strong analytical, communication, Excel, Sheets, and Salesforce skills.
