Lead end-to-end client implementations for Alloy, managing 4–12 month enterprise engagements. Build project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive client communications, assess risks, maintain project records, support production launches, and continuously improve implementation processes.

The Client Enablement Lead will oversee client and internal training resources, manage documentation strategy, and enhance the onboarding experience to foster self-sufficiency and knowledge sharing.

The Applied AI Engineer designs and deploys AI-powered solutions, collaborating with teams to automate workflows and improve efficiency across Alloy.

Contribute to machine learning model design, training, and evaluation for fraud detection. Communicate findings, develop metrics, and support production ML workflows while ensuring compliance and model governance.

Own and execute multi-channel demand-generation and partner marketing programs for mid-market banking. Build segmented nurture flows, manage paid and digital channels, coordinate events/webinars, hand off leads to Sales, track performance with RevOps, and iterate on playbooks using data and AI tools.

Lead design and delivery of large, ambiguous frontend and platform initiatives. Shape frontend architecture, standards, and shared patterns; build shared foundations and customer-facing surfaces; improve developer experience, reliability, and performance; partner with design and product; and apply AI-enabled workflows to boost engineering leverage and quality.

Lead complex, high-priority customer escalations, troubleshoot Alloy platform issues, design long-term solutions, improve tooling and documentation, mentor junior engineers, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and product quality.

Serve as the dedicated People Partner for Product and Engineering: coach managers, run performance cycles, monitor org health and attrition, partner on comp and workforce planning, use data-driven insights, support hiring with technical recruiters, and translate business context into people strategy.

Lead and grow a Developer Experience engineering team owning Alloy's external integration surface (APIs, webhooks, data ingestion, partner integrations). Set technical strategy, own roadmap and delivery, ensure reliability and scalability, recruit and mentor engineers, partner with product and stakeholders, track engineering health with DORA metrics, and communicate risks and progress. NYC hybrid role.

Lead a team of 6–8 AEs selling Alloy into mid-market banks and credit unions. Own pipeline generation, deal strategy, Salesforce hygiene, forecast accuracy, coaching and ramp programs, and coordinate channel-influenced deals with strategic partners. Partner cross-functionally to translate goals into AE execution and escalate risks early.

Lead analytics engineering efforts to design and build dbt models, maintain a semantic/metrics layer, ensure Snowflake performance, establish modeling/testing/documentation standards, partner with Data Science/Product/Engineering, and deliver native warehouse data products to customers.

Design and build a scalable partner integration platform, lead full-stack development (frontend and backend), collaborate with product and vendors, mentor engineers, and deliver robust, tested customer-facing features integrating third-party data APIs and SDKs.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, lead client implementations, propose technical solutions, support integrations, conduct testing, and drive product evolution at Alloy.

Own end-to-end enterprise sales to top US banks: build relationships, conduct discovery, craft solutions, manage multi-threaded sales cycles, lead negotiations, and close deals while collaborating cross-functionally.
