Own the long-term technical success of strategic enterprise accounts from onboarding onward. Advise clients on architecture, integrations, workflows, scalability, and platform adoption; develop technical roadmaps; lead executive and engineering discussions; scope solutions and migrations; identify and mitigate technical risks; maintain architecture documentation; and mentor junior team members.

Triage incoming support cases, lead short discovery calls, gather logs/screenshots/configuration, write clear handoffs for senior engineers, resolve straightforward product questions and repeatable implementation tasks, maintain ticket hygiene and SLAs, and improve runbooks and intake processes.

Own the architecture, roadmap, administration, reliability, and data integrity of Alloy’s GTM systems, including Salesforce and related revenue tools. Own Salesforce administration for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including configuration, declarative automation, data quality, user support, permissions, and provisioning. Administer adjacent GTM tools such as Gong and Apollo.io, support territory, quota, and forecasting changes, and manage sandbox testing, deployments, release documentation, and user communications.

Partners with sales leaders on forecasting, territory design, quota setting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance reporting. Owns Salesforce administration, data quality, configuration, dashboards, and user enablement. Supports sales process workflows, deal desk handoffs, approvals, and quote-to-close execution. Produces ad hoc analysis and advises stakeholders by challenging unsupported conclusions and identifying trends. The role requires strong analytical, communication, Excel, Sheets, and Salesforce skills.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers, serving as the primary commercial contact. Drive product adoption, customer education, renewals, retention, account growth, and risk mitigation through scalable engagement programs. Monitor account health and usage trends, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with Sales, Product, Support, and Technical teams, and communicate customer feedback to influence product development.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, lead client implementations, propose technical solutions, support integrations, conduct testing, and drive product evolution at Alloy.

Design and build a scalable partner integration platform, lead full-stack development (frontend and backend), collaborate with product and vendors, mentor engineers, and deliver robust, tested customer-facing features integrating third-party data APIs and SDKs.

Partner with account executives in enterprise pre-sales by addressing technical requirements, delivering customized demonstrations, building UAT environments, managing proof-of-concept exercises, conducting architecture and security reviews, and scoping solutions for implementation handoff. The role requires collaborating across sales, product, engineering, and professional services while supporting fintech and banking customers with identity, fraud, credit, and compliance solutions.

Own outbound sourcing strategy for Engineering roles while supporting Product and GTM searches. Build talent maps, engage passive technical candidates, conduct market research, track pipeline metrics, and improve outreach conversion. Lead Alloy’s AI-augmented sourcing workflow using tools such as Noon.ai and Gem, develop sourcing playbooks, and partner with recruiters and leadership on talent intelligence and pipeline health.

Design and build Alloy’s go-to-market technology architecture, including CRM integrations, iPaaS automations, data pipelines, and workflow improvements. Develop SQL, Python, and JavaScript scripts for data manipulation and automation; monitor data quality and system performance; support reporting and BI dashboards; troubleshoot integration issues; and advise on GTM technology, vendors, and build-versus-buy decisions. Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Own full-cycle B2B SaaS sales across banking and credit union accounts, from prospecting through close. Build territory pipeline through outbound and partner-sourced opportunities, position Alloy’s fraud and identity-risk solutions, navigate complex buying committees, and collaborate with Partner Account Managers on co-selling and contracting. Maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene, deliver accurate forecasts, manage executive relationships, and coordinate with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Client Success for successful deal execution and handoff.

Own end-to-end enterprise sales to top US banks: build relationships, conduct discovery, craft solutions, manage multi-threaded sales cycles, lead negotiations, and close deals while collaborating cross-functionally.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise financial customers as a strategic advisor. Drive adoption, retention, and expansion through executive QBRs, stakeholder engagement, data-driven insights, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize fraud, risk, and identity use cases.

Embed with strategic enterprise accounts to architect and tune end-to-end deployments, write production code across Alloy's stack, serve as the technical partner for customers, own engineering QBRs and on-call escalations, and produce reusable platform primitives and documentation to accelerate future deployments.

The role involves designing and automating infrastructure management, improving reliability, building internal tools, and contributing to architectural decisions. Responsibilities include working with Kubernetes and managing large-scale infrastructure, while participating in on-call rotations to prevent incidents.

Own technical relationships with integration partners to enable, implement, and optimize Alloy solutions. Design partner-led implementations, create scalable playbooks, identify adoption opportunities, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve partner-delivered integrations and time-to-value.

The Client Enablement Lead will oversee client and internal training resources, manage documentation strategy, and enhance the onboarding experience to foster self-sufficiency and knowledge sharing.

Contribute to machine learning model design, training, and evaluation for fraud detection. Communicate findings, develop metrics, and support production ML workflows while ensuring compliance and model governance.

Lead design and delivery of large, ambiguous frontend and platform initiatives. Shape frontend architecture, standards, and shared patterns; build shared foundations and customer-facing surfaces; improve developer experience, reliability, and performance; partner with design and product; and apply AI-enabled workflows to boost engineering leverage and quality.
