We are looking for a Channel Partnerships, Solution Partners Lead

Target total compensation ranges from $225,000 - $252,000, including a fixed annual salary of $138,000 - $160,000, target incentive, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

We are looking for a Channel Partnerships, Solution Partners Lead to recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of Strategic Solutions Partners. Our Partners are leading the charge to help brands get the most out of their customer data by building high-growth digital products and delivering today’s most innovative customer experiences.  As the Channel Partnerships, Solution Partners Lead, you’ll be an individual contributor responsible for generating and influencing new revenue sourced and influenced from your portfolio of partners, identifying new partner opportunities to accelerate mParticle by Rokt’s growth, and will be a core hire helping evangelize our products to and through our partner ecosystem.  

About the role: 

  • The primary responsibility will be to source and influence new revenue by working with a portfolio of Solutions Partners across North America.
  • Onboard, manage, and grow Partnerships with those businesses best positioned to help brands accelerate the time to value of their customer data with mParticle as an enabling component of their architecture.
  • Own the partnership for your portfolio of Channel Partner Accounts - operating as the primary point of contact, establishing joint GTM plans and mutual commitments, ensuring alignment across executives and functional leaders, and managing channel conflict 
  • Lead programs to help partners educate customers, incentivize mParticle Pathways Certification and generate consistent referrals, enable mParticle sales to position partner specialization and strength in deals, and create accountability with partners (e.g. enablement workshops, rules of engagement processes, joint messaging, campaigns)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, customer success, solutions, and engineering teams to create Win-Win-Win scenarios and be the champion for your partners both internally and externally
  • Develop a strong understanding of the different segments in our ecosystem, key players, competitors, the goals of their business, functionality provided, and the value of joint solutions.

Requirements

About you:

  • 3+ years of channel or direct sales experience, solutions consulting or technical implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of the Consultancy, System Integrator, and Digital Agencies landscape. You will have either worked in the industry or sold to companies within it.
  • Strong familiarity with the MarTech ecosystem
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based organization, collaborate cross-functionally, and build alignment around goals and objectives
  • Effective in a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment where hands-on execution is required and processes may not exist yet
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Location: Willing to commute to the NYC Office, with hybrid work (4 days/week in-office).
  • Travel: Willing to travel up to 25% for client meetings.

The ideal candidate will/have/be:

Industry experience is desired, with familiarity in mobile, data-driven marketing, and SaaS solutions for marketing.

  • Ability to set and execute priorities within a fun and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent collaborator, with the ability to engage across multiple teams to drive an outcome.
  • Desire to be a key player within a strong team focused on exceeding client expectations.
