A Director, Brand and Marketing leads strategy, execution, and team management for all brand and marketing related projects, to establish trust, increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition by translating complex terminology into accessible, empathetic & engaging and meaningful brand message; and collaborating with other teams to meet business goals through marketing activities

THE JOB:

  • Strategy & Planning: 

    • Develop and implement local brand direction with clear insight, communication framework and application to sales support marketing activities

    • Observe marketing movement and proactively propose alternative plan to ensure the effectiveness of investment and business goal

    • Building trust: ensure the right approach and tonality for the brand with sensitivity and empathetic mind yet young and dynamic

    • Consistency: Ensuring a unified brand image across all channels from initial awareness to after purchase service.

    • Differentiation: Positioning the company against competitors with clarity and clear differentiation RTB

    • Develop and implement overarching digital and social media strategies, campaign plans, and content calendars aligned with organizational objectives and brand direction.

  • Implementation management:

    • Brand management: nurture and safeguard the brand image. Ensure the brand guidelines being followed and maintain consistency across marketing touchpoints, and monitor brand perception to uphold a strong and positive reputation

    • Campaign management: oversee the planning execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across diverse channels.

    • Budgeting and resource allocation: effectively manage the marketing budget and allocate resource wisely.

    • Performance analysis: analyse marketing performance using key metrics and data-driven insights. Evaluate the success of campaigns, initiatives, and strategies, leveraging this information for informed decision-making and continual improvement

    • Enhancing market research and insights: focus and deepening understanding of the target audience and market dynamics. Look st consumer behaviour, and leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Team & Project Management: 

    • Team leadership: provide guidance and inspire brand and marketing teams. Set clear objectives, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative environment to drive creativity and commercial mindset.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Digital MkT and Social Media, Communications and CSR, and other departments to integrate brand and marketing efforts and support broader goals like recruitment or sales.

THE PERSON:

  • BA degree holder in Business, Marketing.

  • 13+ years’ experience in Brand, Marketing, social media, content creation

  • Strong leadership, project management, writing, and digital storytelling abilities.

  • A strategic mindset with strong logical and rationale thinking
