As a Vice President, Digital Solution Specialist within the Latin America Digital & Design Commercialization team, you will support clients across the treasury ecosystem from Bogotá, Colombia. You will partner with Sales, Product, Implementation, Client Onboarding and other stakeholders to design, commercialize and scale digital solutions that modernize connectivity architecture, optimize treasury operations and increase adoption of JPMorganChase digital capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Solution Design
• You will act as a trusted advisor to clients on treasury modernization, digital transformation, payments architecture and connectivity strategies.
• You will lead discovery workshops and technical whiteboarding sessions to understand business use cases, operating processes, system architecture, integration requirements and dependencies.
• You will design scalable end-to-end solutions using JPMorganChase digital channels, including online, Host-to-Host, SWIFT, APIs and integrated or embedded solutions.
Commercialization & Sales Partnership
• You will partner with Sales, Coverage and Product teams on complex new-business and expansion opportunities across Latin America, including RFPs, RFIs, solution proposals, pitches and client demonstrations.
• You will translate client needs into differentiated value propositions, solution blueprints and technically credible narratives that connect digital design to business outcomes.
• You will support channel pricing governance and commercial discussions by identifying solution dependencies, required capabilities and architecture considerations.
Digital Expertise, Market Feedback & Execution
• You will maintain deep knowledge of JPMorganChase Access, file-based and Host-to-Host connectivity, SWIFT, APIs, ERP/TMS environments, reporting, reconciliation and broader payments ecosystems.
• You will capture client feedback, market trends, competitive insights, product gaps and enhancement opportunities, while ensuring clear handoff to Implementation and Client Onboarding once solutions are mandated.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, engineering, finance, business, information systems or a related discipline.
• Significant relevant experience in treasury services, payments, cash management, digital channels, solution consulting, product management, sales engineering, fintech or technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury processes, payments, reporting, digital connectivity, ERP/TMS integrations and solution architecture.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex client conversations and translating business requirements into structured technical solutions.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across functions and regions, and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect technical design to client value and business outcomes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
• Experience supporting multinational treasury transformations or complex regional payment and connectivity programs.
• Knowledge of leading ERP and treasury management system ecosystems, such as SAP, Oracle, Kyriba, FIS or comparable platforms.
• Experience with APIs, Host-to-Host or file-based integration, SWIFT connectivity, online banking and embedded treasury solutions.
• Experience supporting strategic deal pursuits, RFPs/RFIs, executive workshops and client-facing solution design.
• Familiarity with Latin American payments markets and the needs of multinational clients operating across the region.
• Portuguese communication capability is beneficial but not required.
