We’re looking for a technically adept digital marketer to join our Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE) Marketing Operations team in Manila. About the Role:
- Support the triage of incoming digital requests and work with the team to see requests through to completion
- Execute website uploads and content updates accurately and on time
- Build and update website landing pages in partnership with local, regional, and global teams to deliver best-in-class online experiences for clients and prospects.
- Troubleshoot website and other digital platform issues, identify practical solutions, and escalate when needed
- Deliver digital marketing training and guidance to marketing stakeholders as required
- Document platform processes and best practices to support consistency, continuity, and team coverage
- Build working knowledge of Cushman & Wakefield’s marketing platforms, integrations, and workflows
- Monitor quality, accuracy, and process consistency across digital marketing execution by conducting quality assurance audits
- Develop an understanding of the business, our audiences, and their needs to help deliver relevant digital campaigns
About You:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Sitecore CMS, Content Hub, Foundation Marketing (Concep), Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics strongly preferred
- Preferably with experience in email marketing and marketing automation platforms but not required
- Basic HTML, CSS and Photoshop skills preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Must have a keen eye for details
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new systems and platforms
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a professional team environment
