The Position

Position Summary 

 

Would you like to start your professional career in healthcare industry within a very innovative product management team? Would you love to join our community of early careers? 

 

If you are a recent graduate from University Degree or you are enrolled in a Master/postgraduate degree in business discipline, this could be a great opportunity!  

 

What would you learn? 

 

You would provide support directly to the Marketing Manager who is leading the Diabetes Care business and will share with you best practices, tools and build your skills for succeeding in a career in Digital Marketing. Kick-start your career in digital marketing with Roche! You'll gain hands-on experience in using cutting-edge digital tools. You'll also learn valuable project management skills in a dynamic international setting, working alongside diverse stakeholders and using agile methodologies like SCRUM and SAFe. Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary and multicultural team and receive mentorship from the Diabetes Care Marketing Manager, who will share insights and help you build a successful career in digital marketing.

 

Main projects and tasks:

Portal Localization & Adaptation

  • Support the localization of the Diabetes Care website, ensuring alignment with market-specific regulatory, linguistic, and cultural requirements.

  • Collaborate with local marketing, commercial, and digital teams to tailor content and functionalities to enhance engagement and user experience.

  • Localize the global website map based on input from local marketing and product management.

  • Support the localization of new global content and migrate current local content to the new website.

  • Coordinate optimization of SEO, metadata, and content structure for regional search performance.

  • Control the quality of uploaded content and provide timely and structured feedback to the outsourced IT team responsible for uploading.

Project Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact between global, regional, and local teams, facilitating smooth adoption of the unified portal.

  • Manage localization timelines, dependencies, and approvals, ensuring seamless execution.

  • Ensure clear communication and expectation management with stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates from a university degree or master's program

  • Understanding of or experience in web portal localization

  • B2C digital marketing experience, particularly in launching and optimizing localized digital platforms would be beneficial

  • Prior project management exposure, with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital tools, and web analytics platforms 

  • Nice to have: experience with Sprinklr, Adobe Experience Manager, Showpad, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, VeevaVault, gSheets, and Drupal CMS

  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian

  • This is a up to 12-months assignment
