We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Analytics Support team. In this role, you will collaborate across departments to deliver analytics solutions and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead efforts to ensure the accessibility and reliability of key analytics tools and play a vital role in shaping how data is used to drive success.

Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of two support analysts.
- Analytics Tool Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees with questions about Power BI, Alteryx, and Microsoft SQL Server. Guide users to the correct resources and ensure proper tool usage.
- Incident Management: Oversee the incident ticket queue, assign tickets to support analysts, and ensure timely resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other analytics teams to coordinate projects and ensure deliverables are met.
- Data Governance: Ensure compliance with defined data access and governance standards & rules.
- Strategic Input: Contribute to data management strategies and identify opportunities for improvement based on user feedback.
Work Experience:
- Work experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Experienced in creating and managing dashboards, overseeing access management (roles and permissions), troubleshooting errors, and optimizing dashboard performance.
- Work experience with low-code/no-code applications. Experienced in creating and reviewing complex data workflows. Experience with Alteryx Designer/Gallery is considered a great benefit.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading small teams, preferably in data analytics. Leadership experience, including mentoring team members and managing projects.
- Work experience in ticket queue management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server). Ability to write and understand complex SQL queries in production environments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in formal sciences, or equivalent work experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
Salary: 4,657.55 - 6,653.67 eur gross/month
