Brigit is in the midst of tremendous growth! If you are looking to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing and customer acquisition, this role is for you. As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work directly with our User Acquisition team, providing support and project management to help us grow, scale and acquire customers more effectively. You will help to build, develop and lead paid digital marketing marketing programs, at both a strategic and tactical level. This role is ideal for recent grads who thrive in ambiguity, like a good challenge, and want to jump start their growth marketing career.
What you have:Completing or having completed a bachelor’s degree from a leading institution
Expert familiarity with large social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snap, and X)
You’re an active social media user, specifically on TikTok
Ability to drive end-to-end projects with little guidance or supervision
Resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
Are a strong communicator, both written and oral
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Google equivalents). Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills are a plus.
Work alongside the growth and marketing teams to solve some of our most pressing user acquisition challenges
Support ad content development: Work with agencies and influencers to conceptualize and create compelling ad content for core and emerging channels
Help the team coordinate, develop and launch new paid advertising campaigns across a variety of marketing channels
Work cross-functionally within the marketing organization to drive user acquisition initiatives
Gain experience working on programs across the entire marketing funnel from campaign set up, reporting and optimizations, all the way through the customer journey
Help shape key business decisions to drive new customer acquisition
Assist with the development of customer and influencer relationships
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
