Join Maxis Academy as a Digital Learning & AI Intern and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of learning technology, artificial intelligence, and digital employee experience. In this role, you will support digital learning platforms, AI-enabled tools, and content development initiatives that enhance how employees learn and adopt new technologies across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Learning Platform Support: Assist in managing and maintaining digital learning platforms, ensuring smooth user experience, content updates, and system functionality.

• AI & Copilot Studio Support: Support the development and testing of AI-enabled learning solutions, including tools built on platforms such as Copilot Studio, to enhance learning delivery and automation.

• Learning Automation & Employee Experience: Contribute to initiatives that automate learning processes and improve the overall employee learning experience through digital and AI-driven solutions.

• Event & AI Programme Support: Assist in planning and executing AI-focused learning programmes, workshops, and digital learning events across the organisation.

• Digital Learning Content Creation: Develop engaging digital learning content such as videos, guides, and interactive materials to support learning initiatives and AI adoption.

Value-Added Project

The intern will have the opportunity to work on a value-added project during their internship, focused on creating digital learning content to improve AI adoption across the organisation. This project will involve designing and producing learning materials that help employees understand and effectively use AI tools in their daily work.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical disciplines.

• Technical & Digital Skills: Strong interest or foundational knowledge in AI, data science, software development, or digital technologies.

• Learning & Content Design Skills: Ability or interest in creating engaging digital content such as videos, presentations, or interactive learning materials.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to understand systems, identify issues, and propose practical solutions.

• Mindset: Curious, proactive, and eager to explore emerging technologies in AI and digital learning.

• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.

Internship Period

• Internship opportunities available for candidates who can start in July, with a duration of up to 6 months.
