Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
Manages and supports the full lifecycle of performance and rewards programs. This includes overseeing performance cycles, administering benefits, ensuring data integrity, and driving compliance. The role aims to foster a high-performance culture and competitive rewards aligned with Maxis's business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end performance review cycle, including system setup, goal-setting, and calibration. Provide guidance to stakeholders for fair and effective assessments.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process and support performance case management activities. Drive employee development and address performance gaps.
- Develop and update performance management policies, guidelines, and training materials. Create internal education case studies/materials based on market insights for continuous improvement.
- Administer and analyse comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures, annual reviews, and incentive plans. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and market competitiveness.
- Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., health, wellness, leave), from administration to communication. Ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and support employee well-being.
- Conduct job evaluations, grading, and market benchmarking exercises. Provide data-driven insights to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of rewards packages.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards, reports, and analyses to provide actionable insights and audits, enabling data-driven decisions that align with organizational goals.
- Participate in and lead various projects and undertake ad-hoc assignments as required, contributing to broader HR and overall organizational targets/AOP.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Rewards, Compensation, Performance Management, or a highly analytical role involving statistical modeling and data analysis.
- Expertise in Performance Management cycles and Rewards & Benefits.
- Advanced analytical skills, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data science techniques for data.
- Proficiency in job evaluation, grading, market benchmarking, and HR policy development.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and adapt to dynamic environments.
