Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

In this role, you will strategize and develop prepaid base marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, retention, and engagement for our existing Hotlink Prepaid base.

This role is important in shaping the base marketing strategy to maximise customer value over time.

Job accountability:

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Managing the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and design to execution, tracking, and optimization.

  • Drive revenue growth, engagement and reducing churn within the existing consumer base.

  • Work closely with analytics team to drive data-driven segmentation to create personalized offers to improve the take up.

  • Collaborate with Data Scientist team to build models to enhance campaign targeting and take up.

  • Explore new features and tools to enhance base marketing targeting and execution.

  • Constantly review and monitor prepaid trending and usage programs to ensure Hotlink remain competitive and relevant in delivering values to prepaid subscribers.

Key Requirements:

  • 6–10 years total experience, preferably 3–5 years directly in base marketing / CRM / lifecycle marketing

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to deal with stakeholders
