As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Marketing & Strategy Manager who is responsible for:
Identify Market Opportunities and Define Strategy for Market Segmentation (Public , Private, CC and TM), Targeted Marketing, Competitive Analysis, Positioning, Pricing Strategy and Go to Market models and strategies.

Establish annual Budgets wih Sales team and ensure resource alignment/priorities to achieve projected results.

Support long and short -term business growth strategy trough measuring results; Business Review

Deeply understand the expectations & insights of internal stakeholders and external customers needs;

Establish customer management & development system to drive customer closer cooperation with QO

Establishes and maintains effective professional relationships with customers & key stakeholders

Acts with customers in mind and customer problems solving;
Executing marketing plan and Forecast

Sets direction for short term competitive strategy development; accountable for executing marketing activities to ensure the achievement of expectations related to short term strategy development, which well aligned with sales team;

To develop pricing strategies for existing and new customers and product for building up competitive position and to gain market share; understand price structure of major competitors;

Sales team support (competitive tools, training, tendering, forecasting, supply, etc.);

SFDC adoption as a productivity tool.

Forecasting activities for CC and TM.

Active particpation in critical products management and set strategy for contain.

Marketing promotion activities in action with clear measurement; Identify Digital Marketing opportunities .

Measure effectiveness of promotional tactics /programs’ impact to business; Assure critical programs are delivered on time and within budget, Optimizes product marketing resource allocation;
Cross functional team support:

Participates as a Marketing Core Team Leader/Member on cross functional teams, delivering the marketing leadership and support needed to the relevant projects; Influences within and across work areas/ departments/ functions by providing input into product line-related business decisions, activities and resource planning sharing etc.
Employee management and development

Develop team core competency model & help team member in competency improvement.

Execute people development plan & enhance teamwork of product team members

Active participation and development in congress and events planning .
Perform other work related duties as assigned.
The Individual
-
Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in healthcare and/or Marketing related major
-
Minimum 7 years’ experience in IVD companies
-
Fluent English communication both in written and oral.

Good marketing competency in terms of situation analysis, strategic thinking, strategies development and project planning.

Aggressive, creative and open-mined in order to adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.

Strong leadership behavior, excellent interpersonal skills, good at communication and with team working spirit.
