We are looking for a Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect (DCSA), specializing in AI solutions, who is passionate about driving our customers’ AI transformation journey with Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot, with embedded security and AI governance.  This role will help drive Frontier Transformation by helping customers identify, prioritize, and realize AI and agentic use cases through consultative engagement, technical leadership, and cross-functional orchestration.

 This is a customer-facing role that serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, accelerating AI adoption and change management by working through our partners and Cloud Accelerate Factory for Agents to create business value and ROI for our end customers. This role drives meaningful Copilot adoption by helping customers evolve from basic usage to advanced, high-impact power user behaviors that unlock measurable business value.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Copilot Consumption Outcomes (PRU): Be accountable and responsible for driving customer healthy adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Cowork, and Agent, measured through PRU (Premium Regular Usage) through disciplined execution and customer success planning, leveraging own deep technical skills, adoption and change management, and orchestration of other resources.
  • Provide Technical Guidance on Copilot & Agents: Serve as the technical advisor for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Cowork, and Agents, helping customers and partners design, deploy, and operationalize AI solutions aligned to business outcomes and usage goals.
  • Remove Technical and Operational Blockers: Lead technical unblocking engagements across identity, security, compliance, governance, data access, licensing, and platform readiness to accelerate customer time-to-value and consumption growth.
  • Enable Secure and Governed AI Adoption: Advise customers on foundational AI readiness, including data security, oversharing controls, compliance, governance, and responsible AI practices required to successfully deploy Copilot and Agent solutions at scale.
  • Scale Through Partners and Microsoft Delivery Engines: Orchestrate partner-led execution and leverage Cloud Accelerate Factory (CAF) for Agents and other Microsoft delivery resources to accelerate deployment, activation, and ongoing consumption at scale.
  • Drive Value Realization and Executive Engagement: In collaboration with STU counterparts, engage business and technical decision makers to connect Copilot usage to measurable business outcomes, communicate progress against success metrics, and align stakeholders on adoption and expansion strategies.
  • MSX milestone management: Own the progression of committed Usage Intent and Usage Consumption milestones to completion across assigned top SME&C accounts,
  • Champion Continuous Improvement and Ecosystem Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer and partner ecosystem by sharing consumption insights, adoption patterns, blockers, and success stories to influence product improvements, field strategy, and execution excellence.
  • Identify and Accelerate Expansion Opportunities: Analyze usage, adoption, and business outcome signals to uncover upsell and Net New Sales Pipeline opportunities. Partner with account teams, specialists, and partners to position additional copilot, Cowork, and agentic ai solutions, driving customer value realization, renewal strength, and consumption-led growth.

Additional information on responsibilities as Copilot DCSA: 

  • Be the focal point of contact between Microsoft and customer/partner in driving M365 Copilot, Cowork and Agent adoption, drive end-user adoption of copilot
  • Advisory on Adoption and Change Management Plan (identify exec sponsorship, end-user targeting, content and activities) 
  • Demonstrate M365 insights to showcase trends and business impact 
  • Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation   
  • Passion to work with different cultures and customers 
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences, especially CxOs and strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrate an effective balance between business with excellent adoption and change management skills and technical acumen on Copilot and agents
  • Ability to lead and motivate technical communities
  • Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change in constant learning mode.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 7-9 years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
    • OR equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing role with strong internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering customer technical projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including the Copilot Control System, adoption and change management, and Copilot Analytics.
  • Deep technical expertise with Microsoft security and compliance, including Microsoft Entra (Conditional Access, identity governance), Microsoft Purview (sensitivity labels, DLP, DSPM for AI), SharePoint Advanced Management
  • Experience building and governing AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio, applying a register, govern, and protect model.

Languages (Required): Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and verbal, required to effectively communicate across global teams and produce high-quality documentations
