Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Independently manage tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Plan, validate, and execute release deployments with precision and reliability.
- Set up and manage observability platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Kibana for system and application monitoring.
- Develop and implement robust alerting mechanisms for applications, databases, and infrastructure components.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments, including upgrades, compatibility checks for Ingress, DNS, and network agents.
- Integrate Terraform Enterprise (TFE) for VM provisioning and load balancer configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-complexity issues within defined SLAs; conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in architecture discussions to ensure alignment with operational excellence and disaster recovery strategies.
- Share knowledge of new technologies and take ownership of technically challenging projects.
- Participate in a rotational 24x7 support model.
Impact You'll Make:
Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, deployment, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and ITSM tools: Jenkins (CI/CD), Git, JSM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, ELK, Kibana, MongoDB, Grafana, Prometheus.
- Proven experience managing multiple Kubernetes clusters in public/private cloud environments, including cluster upgrades and compatibility validation.
- Strong understanding of network architecture: routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, VPN.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Linux, MySQL, SQL Server, and Windows OS with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with document-based databases like MongoDB is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline setup using Harness and GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
- Ability to develop automation scripts using Shell, Ansible, or Python.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
