Job Profile:
- Community mobilization institution development Participatory planning with stakeholder community and capacity building of SHG Groups, Community, volunteer’s and institutions.
- Understand the community and core issues of rural development in context with livelihood activities for the field area identification the potential market and develop a plan of agricultural production for our core beneficiaries.
- Follow up the data base management of existing of activities like goat rearing, vermicompost, group irrigation system, green net house nursery, reason agree culture, conservation agriculture.
- To impart training regarding ongoing activities as well as dissemination of information about new agricultural technologies and methodises among the farmers, establish relationships with agricultural universities and related bodies like KVK, NABARD, Bank etc.
- Ensuring documentation related to the programme of the respective area.
- To support in strengthening process documentation and monitoring systems.
- Participation in other livelihood activities and social development.
