What you’ll do

- Elevate the brand. You’ll evolve Ro’s visual brand world, ensuring it remains flexible, scalable, and future-facing while staying true to us.
- Results-driven mindset. We work hand-in-hand with growth and analytics teams to harness data insights, building a performance-oriented culture that prioritizes achieving tangible results together.
- Champion creative excellence. You’ll set the visual bar across all brand work — campaigns, product marketing, CRM, landing pages, paid, OOH, and TV — ensuring every piece ladders up to a cohesive, modern, and differentiated brand experience.
- Collaborate across teams. You’ll work daily with creative, growth, product, and marketing leaders to align strategy, priorities, and execution.
- Shape campaigns. You’ll define the art direction and visual strategy for top-of-funnel campaigns, working closely with copy partners to bring bold ideas to life across channels.
- Mentor through craft. While this is an individual contributor role, you’ll inspire and guide other designers by example — modeling great design thinking, sharp taste, and thoughtful feedback.
- Advocate for inclusivity. You’ll continuously prioritize diversity, inclusion, and representation in your work, bringing empathy and intention to each design choice you make.

- Creative tools and innovation. You’re fluent in Figma and use AI tools like Nano Banana, Weavy, and others as part of your creative process. You stay curious about new ways to concept, design, and prototype faster. Familiarity with 3D tools like Blender is a bonus.

- Experience and leadership. 10+ years in Design and at least 5 years as a Creative Director or Design Director, leading campaign work at a high level across both agency and in-house environments.
