As part of the TigerConnect office in Mexico, we are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Deal Desk Specialist II. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you will directly contribute to streamlining the process and optimizing efficiency of the sales organization. You will primarily manage the Business Deal Desk function for our sales organization where you will oversee order form & contract creation process, assist sales team on quote creation, and partner with the Finance and Legal. This role will be able to work with a high degree of autonomy, manage projects/deadlines, and quickly identify errors and discrepancies between contracts and system-of-record data, responding appropriately to solve underlying issues.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as key member of the Deal Desk team ensuring all order forms and contracts are accurate & compliant with TigerConnect standards
Review non-standard deals for policy compliance and escalate complex structuring scenarios to senior team members
Process deal approvals in SFDC accurately and efficiently
Assist with initiatives to improve productivity, Deal Desk improvements, company deal policies and simplifying processes for revenue teams
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on deal desk processes, policies, and pricing guidelines
Maintain and enforce agreed upon departmental review and approval SLAs
Work collaboratively with SFDC team, Finance, and Legal as a sales liaison for deal desk and contract support
Contribute to monthly reconciliation process alongside Finance
Support cross-functional projects related to deal desk and order processing as assigned
Support onboarding and training sessions related to Deal Desk and Revenue Recognition processes
Support partner-driven deals including quote preparation, documentation alignment, PO validation, and follow-up processes
Support continuous process improvement by applying AI-based tools and solutions
What You Bring:
2-5 years of experience with proven success in a Sales Operations or Deal Desk role within the Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry
Proven success partnering with GTM teams and other cross functional departments
Experience in Direct and Channel sales models
Working knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, Docusign, Netsuite, or similar systems CRM and ERP systems
Incredible attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong business judgment with an ability to identify and independently resolve a variety of moderately complex challenges
The ability to comprehend, communicate and cohesively organize complex business, technical and legal concepts, information and materials
Prior demonstration of a strong focus on customer service and a positive internal client experience
Comfortable adapting schedules as needed during peak business periods
