Lead and oversee Change Analysts to implement and maintain Change Management processes across the organization. Ensure process documentation, training, integration with other ITSM processes, performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance to stakeholders and participate in ITSM initiatives and process reviews.

Responsibilities: In addition to, ensuring activities by Change Analyst(s) are performed, Lead Change Analyst shall also be responsible for providing assistance to Gen Service Management Change Manager • Assist Gen Service Management Process Owner to ensure effective implementation of the process across GEN organization • Review the process effectiveness & efficiency • Establish procedures for Change Management as per defined process & policies • Maintain the Change Management process documentation • Ensure adequate process training is available for the organization • Ensure Change Management processes integrate with other processes • Provide guidance to the change owner, implementer and requester at all levels • Monitor and report on the performance of the process and benchmark the process performance • Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous process improvements • Participate in other ITSM process initiatives and process reviews Qualifications: • Must have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience • Strong analytical skills • Good communication and presentation skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong team player
