Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to identify challenges and growth opportunities, stay current with advancements in data science, and assess the effectiveness of existing methodologies. You will also spearhead the development of new models, processes, and tools while contributing to informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
Design and establish analytical workflows and methodologies to process, analyze, and extract large amounts of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.
Apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and deep learning, to identify patterns and trends within datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that align with business objectives.
Produce and deliver comprehensive reports to communicate findings, predictions, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and methodologies in the field of data science to integrate innovative solutions into organizational practices.
May perform other duties or responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Minimum one year of experience as a Data Scientist, with certification preferred. A portfolio of completed projects showcasing your expertise is highly desirable.
Strong technical and functional skills, including proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Jupyter Lab, Pipelines, Experiments, Lambda) is a strong plus.
Experience working with Git.
Exceptional attention to detail and written communication capabilities.
Comfort working with and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Process management skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with, and a desire to learn about, financial services or fintech.
