Data Scientist
Managerial full-time position

Location: Panama (relocation support available).
Profile: Up to 3 Years of relevant Data Science experience. Academic background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. Knowledge in algorithmic development, deployment, and monitoring practices.

You will join a renowned company improving lives of billions of consumers. You’ll be welcomed within a large team of Data Scientists with diverse backgrounds and seniorities whereby you will take ownership of an algorithm/model need. Within that network, it will be your job to formulate the problem, apply state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, use P&G’s cloud platforms, and present the results from your algorithms and learn new things to create solutions to real opportunities.
With us you will:Mine terabytes of data, develop models and algorithms to derive actionable insights, and then translate those insights into business.
Partner with business leaders to fully understand the problem, and data engineers to automate & deploy your models into applications providing prescriptions to Sales and Marketing executives - that allow P&G to serve consumers worldwide in a better way.
Have a deep understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning, Optimization, and other advanced analytical models – and how to apply to real world problems
Analyze and model on big datasets – translating 1.5TB daily consumer touchpoints and 500 million consumers' behaviors to actionable recommendations.
Answer business questions and propose solution for business problems by applying machine learning techniques and algorithms and automatize analysis of consumer information or other deep learning data.
Discover and invent next-generation analytic capabilities for our category analysts and business partners.
Own your new creative algorithm-driven applications from design-thinking up to user adoption.
Team-up with technology partners to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions.
Relocation support to Panamá.

Job Qualifications
- Up to 3 Years of relevant Data Science experiences.
- Academic background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Knowledge in algorithmic development, deployment, and monitoring practices.
- Experience in applying and scaling analytic techniques to deliver actionable insights from data.
- Fluency in Python, working with cloud environments, software development best practices.
- Experience in reinventing current business practices in CPG or related industries
- Experience with exploratory data analysis and working with business intelligence tools, such as KNIME, Tableau, PowerBI.
