As an Agentic AI Data Scientist / Engineer, you will be part of P&G's Geneva AI Hub of experts. You will constructively disrupt AI and Data Science - designing better AI systems, innovating on new modelling approaches and finding creative solutions for wicket problems with latest AI tech. You will develop others as a technical coach and lead or actively participate and contribute to a community of practice group. Lastly, you will become a known expert on one or multiple AI, Data Science or Engineering techniques and quantify improvement in business areas resulting from the use of the algorithms and modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly contribute to the design and development of scaled AI and Agent algorithms - defining the right problem to solve and measurement/evaluation strategies, selecting AI techniques, proofing solutions, solving engineering challenges, etc.,

  • Understand P&G's business context, processes - and make P&G's data for your use case,

  • Work with Data and Software Engineering teams to productionize algorithms,

  • Apply thorough technical knowledge to massive datasets with exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model building,

  • Develop others as a technical coach and drive scale / reuse of what you created,

  • Become a known expert on one or multiple AI echniques.

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated depth of applied AI & IT skills across, with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience,

  • Robust STEM education (minimum: Master degree) with knowledge and passion for Agentic AI. Up todate with the state of the industry,

  • Proven communciation and collaboration skills - working as a team, taking the lead and initiative to continuously improve,

  • Agiltiy in adopting fast-changing AI tech - while being grounded and interested in the business problem to solve.
