Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will support our AI training efforts by entering and managing data for our machine learning models. You will be responsible for handling large sets of data, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and contributing to the overall quality of the AI systems we build. Your work will directly influence the accuracy and performance of AI models used across industries.

• Enter and manage large datasets for training AI models.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
• Clean and organize data to prepare it for processing by AI systems.
• Collaborate with AI developers to verify and validate data inputs.
• Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues that may arise.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the data analysis process, providing insights that may improve model performance.

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual proficiency).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in large datasets.
• Experience with data entry and data management is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis or financial data is a plus.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and data management tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
