Data Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support Analytics and Data Science teams by developing clean, reliable data pipelines and delivering actionable insights. This role focuses on data preparation, reporting and stakeholder engagement to drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, transform, and validate data for analysis and reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support business needs

• Manage and orchestrate data flows across systems and platforms

• Perform ad hoc analysis and data segmentation to support dynamic business questions

• Present insights clearly to stakeholders and support data-driven decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver data solutions

• Contribute to the development of enterprise data assets and analytics platforms

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python and Excel

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI) for dashboard/report development

• Familiarity with data orchestration tools (eg Apache Airflow, Microsoft Fabric)

• Solid understanding of data cleaning, transformation and validation

• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data environments

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Provides support to team on the development of enterprise data assets, information platforms or data spaces designed for exploring and understanding the data.

Preferred Skills

• Prior insurance experience

• Prior claims handling experience

• Experience presenting to stakeholders or running/driving conversations around business results

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
